Matcha birthday cake (2 layers, 9-inch round cake, about 8 - 10 servings) Organic whipped cream & sliced strawberries between the layers! I spread the matcha-chocolate cream on top and splinckled dried raspberries. Cherry blossoms add a vibrant and elegant touch to the cake.
